History
Clínica Limbert is a family practice, founded in 1998 by Professor Edward Limbert, and today also includes his children, Prof. Catarina Limbert, paediatrician and paediatric endocrinologist, and Dr. Manuel Limbert, general surgeon.
Over the years the clinical team has expanded into other specialties — adult endocrinology, general paediatrics, paediatric pulmonology, cardiology, general surgery, proctology, psychiatry, psychology and nutrition.
How we work
Our core aim is to provide high-quality specialist medical care. We focus on personal attention, delivered in a calm, non-hospital atmosphere.
Whenever a case calls for it, the specialties work together within the clinic itself — as in the Plano Leveza para o Futuro programme, which combines medicine, psychology and nutrition.
